A quick guide to Prentis-Iaith

What is Prentis-Iaith? It’s a course that’s been developed by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol to promote Welsh language communication skills.

Originally it was created for education providers in the workplace, but it’s a great resource for everyone, of all language ability levels. You can do the course yourself, or with students or apprentices too.

It's also useful because sometimes your Welsh language oral skill level can be different from your writing skill level. Prentis-Iaith can provide you with this information too. When you’ve completed the quiz to find out your level, take a look at the different levels below to find out more.
